The Community Center at Crossroads has two Party Rooms available for rent that accommodate roughly 20 people each. You may secure a Party Room for $200 by choosing from the available dates and times on our site’s reservation system. The rental also gives your party access to the indoor playground, which accommodates 75 adults and kids.

During your 2-hour rental period The Community Center is closed to the public. There is the possibility that someone could rent the other party room during your timeframe, so both parties would share the indoor playground space. Parties that want the space all to themselves typically rent both rooms — $400 total.

Your party will find convenient parking just outside The Community Center doors that you will use for entry, with restrooms located in the lobby. You will be greeted by one of our friendly

Community Center Hosts and may arrive 30 minutes early to setup and decorate the party room — please no nails or command strips. Your Host will be there throughout the party to assist with any questions or needs you may have.

Every party room comes with two to three 8 ft. tables and 15-18 chairs for your party. Each room is equipped with a sink and countertop for food, and a LED television with HDMI connection and casting ability for media and music. The space also includes Wi-Fi.

Food, beverages, plating and utensils are not included with your rental, but you are able to bring your own — personally or catered — into the space at no additional cost. Please, no alcoholic beverages. And please keep in mind that there is no kitchen in The Community Center,

so outside food and beverages should be prepped ahead of time. There is, however, access to a refrigerator and freezer to keep some food and dessert cold until they are needed.

At the end of your party, we ask that you place all your trash in the provided receptacle, and our Community Center Host will take it out after everything concludes.

Of course! Come check out the space during any of our normal playground hours listed on this website. One of our Community Center personnel will be there to answer any questions you might have.

Simply use our reservation system on this website to secure your date and time with a credit card. Party Rooms are rented on a first come, first serve basis. The $200 rental fee secures your date & time. If you need to adjust your rental date or time, please email us here, and one of our team members will get back with you as soon as possible. The rental fee of $200 is refundable due to cancellation at least 72-hours before your scheduled date and time, and nonrefundable within that timeframe.

Absolutely! The Community Center at Crossroads is available for corporate, family, and community events. You do not need to use the Indoor Playground to use the space. Business meetings, Corporate Parties, Community Classes, and Private Events are just a few ways The Community Center at Crossroads may be used.
